support and train clients in the use of proprietary Veterinary Software
system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
|
|
|
|
|
Support:
|
|
|
|
|
|
Solve client support problems. Log the problem,
investigate and test on in house system. Monitor client accounts with
constant verbal and written communication.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Training:
|
|
|
|
|
|
Web based training for established clients on new system
functionality. Web based training for new clients. Weekly broadcast
training for clients.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Documentation:
|
|
|
|
|
|
Maintain on line support documentation (documentation
writing)
|
|
|
|
|
|
New clients:
|
|
|
|
|
|
Manage the installation and implementation process of a
new client.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
College Degree preferred
|
|
|
•
|
Problem solver: able to shift priorities. Move from one
task to another.
|
|
|

|
Interest in latest computer technologies, and good
keyboard skills
|
|
|

Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
